Well, now it`s about 3:50, and I`m gonna go to bed in a bit over an hour.
I am kinda tired, because my two naps failed miserably. Didn`t even sleep a little, but, at least I got in the habit, and my brain must react to it. The horizontal lying down, the darkness.
Tomorrow is probably gonna be hell, but I expect at least to be able to nap tomorrow, at least once.
Have been fairly okay, energy-wise today, but we`ll see how long that last xD

Adventures of A Bill Hicks Fan
My name is irrelevant. I am a Bill Hicks fan, and this is how I wish to identify myself for the time being. I created this blog primarily to blog about my Everyman 4.5 Hour Core polyphasic sleeping schedule. Felt like I needed to create a blog, to keep me occupied, perhaps enlighten some people, and keeping record of my sleep in the process...

Day 0 - Update
DAMN I`M TIRED!!!
But not that much. You know, that kind of tired where you are looking forward to sleeping, but
I`m sure it will be worse at like, around day 5-8, so I will not complain...yet.
Will update in the middle of the night, before I will go to bed, around 4:50 AM.

Day 0
Hi all! Welcome to my blog!
Just decided I wanted to try this Sleeping Schedule Schtuff!
I settled on 4.5 Core with 2 X 20 minutes naps in one 24H period, because this would cut me sleeping time drastically, but it will (hopefully) keep my daily schedule intact. This is known as an Everyman 2-nap sleeping schedule. For more info, google (or yahooal, or however you type it) "polyphasic sleeping" or "Everyman sleeping schedule".
My plan is to sleep my core from around 5:10 AM to 9:40, everyday,
and naps around 5 PM everyday, and one other unspecified time at evening, will come back to this!
OH I`m in college, studying Finance, so we`ll see how long this experiment will last. Hopefully, I can successfully integrate within 10 days or so, I don`t expect any major set-backs.
Now I`m going to bed in about 2 hours or so, probably wont be any problem, as I`m kinda tired.
I first looked at an Uberman schedule, which would mean 6 X 20 minutes naps throughout the day, that means 2 hours of sleep, HOLY SMACKARONY!!! Unfornunately, this is very impossible, at least for people who, you know LIVE IN SOCIETY. This is because any minor setbacks, or nap-skips will blast your brains into the stoneage, YOU WILL BECOME VERY SLEEPY.
The Everyman Schedule, however, is named very appropriately, as it is more adaptable to the rest of the world. Here, you can easily push the naps maybe 1 hour in each direction if needed, however in the introduction phase, we want it as uniform as possible.
This concludes my first post!
