Well, now it`s about 3:50, and I`m gonna go to bed in a bit over an hour.
I am kinda tired, because my two naps failed miserably. Didn`t even sleep a little, but, at least I got in the habit, and my brain must react to it. The horizontal lying down, the darkness.
Tomorrow is probably gonna be hell, but I expect at least to be able to nap tomorrow, at least once.
Have been fairly okay, energy-wise today, but we`ll see how long that last xD

ReplyDeleteI'll be starting on this schedule aswell, tonight. 4.5h of sleep and then I'll start napping tomorrow.
Will be interesting to see if you can actually adapt to this schedule straight from monophasic sleep. 4.5 hours a night isn't really extreme sleep deprivation so I wonder if my body will take the hint and start sleeping during the naps.
You haven't updated in a few days. Did you end the experiment? If not, how's it been going?
